The decree of Pope Gregory XVI (Gregorius PP. XVI) authorizes Andrew Benedictus Kłongiewicz (Andreas Benedictus Kłongiewic), the acting Bishop of Vilnius, to solemnize a marriage between Vilnius residents Peter Borowski (Petrus Borowski) and sister of his deceased wife Susan Morowska (Susana Morowska), after having examined the circumstances.
