Pius Episcopus Servus Servorum Dei...
The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) commissions the archvicar to the Bishop of Parma (Parmen(sis)) Jacobo Gallo to pass on the rectorate of St. Andrew's Church to the priest Emigdius Avanzini after the death of the former minister of the aforementioned church Joanno Baptista Mezzardi (Joannes Baptiſta Mezzardi).

The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) appoints the provincial of the Parma diocese  (Parmen(sis) die(cesi)s) Miltiadi as rector of the parish churches of St. Benedict and the Purgation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the diocese of Parma.

The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) notifies the minister in the province of Revenalle (Ravennalen(sis)), Master Aloysius Bila (Aloiſius Bila) of passing on the rectorate of Sta. Maria di Stagia's Church to the presbyter of the diocese of Reggio (Regien(sis) dio(cesi)s) Philip Rosa (Philippus Roſa).
