The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) commissions the archvicar to the Bishop
of Parma (Parmen(sis)) Jacobo Gallo to pass on the rectorate of St. Andrew's Church to
the priest Emigdius Avanzini after the death of the former minister of the
aforementioned church Joanno Baptista Mezzardi (Joannes Baptiſta Mezzardi).
