VI) notifies the archbishop of Benevent (Beneventan) of a granted permission for the nobles Francis (Franciſcuſ) and his sister Daniela (Daniela) della Viperas (della Vipera) to found a chapel in their palace and to hold a mass service abiding by the established eucharistic worship order.

The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) notifies John Fabrizi (Joannes Fabrizi), the priest of the Great Church of Pergula (eccleſie Pergulan(ae)), of the affiliation of St. Mark's Church in the diocese of Pergula (Pergulan(ae) dieceſis) to the Great Church of Pergula and authorizes John Fabrizi to administer the property of the church.

The decree of Pope Pius IX (Pius Papa IX) notifies Aloysius Rotelli (Aloiſius Rotelli), the Perugian (Peruſin(e) dio(cesis)) priest, of appointing him as housekeeper-administrator of the property of the Perugian archdeacon after the death of Joseph Maria Pippi (Joſephus Maria Pippi) and stipulates the size of his annual pension and the conditions of payment.
