Fr/ter/ Antonius Barberinus...
The charter of Brother Antonius Barberinus (Antonius Barberinus), the general protector of the Archbrotherhood of Christian Science (Archiconfraternitas Doctrinae Christianae) is addressed to the Brotherhood of Christian Science, founded in St.Peter and Paul's cathedral in Medininkai (Žemaitian Diocese  (Dioc. Samogitić)), notifying that the aforementioned brotherhood is joined to the Brotherhood of Christian Science in Rome.

The decree of Pope Urban VIII (Urbanus) grants John Baptista Macedonius (Ioannes Baptiſta Macedonius) the rectorate of St.Michael the Archangel Church in the diocese of Milet (Militensis Diocesis) after the resignation of its rector Peter Antonius Miriglianus (Petrus Antonius Miriglianus).

The indulgence of Pope Urban VIII (Urbanus Papa VIII) is issued to the members of the Order of the Brothers of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph of Žagarė ( oppidi Zagarien(sis)) Church in the Žemaitian diocese (Samogitien(sis) dio(ecesis)) as well as to all the believers of the parish.

The bulla of Pope Urban VIII (Ř 3.8 cm) is affixed to the document with a string of yellowish and grey thread (parchment fold-up is 7 cm, 2 slits for the string are spaced 11.5 cm apart).

the cardinal and the elders of the Roman Curia: P. Campianus(?); 10 other signatures are indecipherable.

The top and left margins of the parchment are decorated with framed floral ornamentation. The lettering of the incipit is decorated with the same design.

The appeal of the Archives of the Roman Curia asks the dignitaries of the Church to appoint Felix de Henrico Neapolitanus (Felix de Henrico Neapolitanus) as public notary and to swear him in by example as indicated.
In nomine Domini amen...
The Apostolic Notary and the canon of the Great St. John's Basilica in Naples Peter Antonius Castaldus Toccillus (Petrus Antonius Castaldus Toccillus) notifies of the appointment of Felix de Henrico (Felix de Henrico Neapolitanus) as public notary and of swearing him in by example as indicated.

Each document occupies one side of the parchment.

The two documents are certified by impressed wax seals, each on a different side of the parchment (one is Ř 4.5 cm with a square paper cover and the other is oval, 3.5 x cm with a circular paper cover).

· ornamental border composed of floral motives with  images: cherubs with Pope's emblem (on the top), peacocks (on the top sides), seraphs (on the sides in the middle), cherubs on lions (in the bottom corners).
