On behalf of her husband, Dorota Malcherowna Zawiszanka Jerzyna
Samsonowa Podbereska (Dorota
Malcherowna Zawiszanka Ierzyna Samsonowwa Podbereska), the wife of marshal of Breslauja Jerzy
Samson Podbereski, founds the following items for the Deltuva
Evangelical Reformist Church in Ukmergė district:
a stone church, a school and a hospital in Deltuva (Dziewałtowo), Kermužė
(Kormuż) village of Kožangrodek (Kożangrodek) estate in Novogrudok district; and 14,000 Polish zlots
(the money has been loaned to the son-in-law Władysław Monwid
Dorostajski, a GDL butler, and the daughter Helizabeta Samsonowna
Podbereska with either Mantviliškės (Montwiliszki)
town or Mantvydava (Montwidowo) town and Piliuona (Pilany) village in
the Žemaitian Duchy used as a
guarantee). She also appoints herself owner of the property and empowers
her son-in-law Jerzy Grużewski, a Žemaitian judge,
her daughter Marianna Samsonowna Podbereska and their progeny to take
over the responsibility on her death.

of Breslauja, which is placed in a box of turned wood (Ø
5 cm) without a cover;
· Jonas Ogiński's, castellan of Mstislavl, red wax seal (oval,
2.8 x 3.3 cm) in a box of turned wood (Ø 5.5 cm) without
a cover;

The red wax seal (octagonal, 1.4 x 1.6 cm) of Tomasz Wolan, marshal of Ašmena district and the royal secretary, is
placed in a box of turned wood (Ø 5 cm) without a cover;
·
The red wax seal (round, Ø 2.4 cm) of the succamerarius
of Mozyr Adam Zyżemski in a box of turned wood (Ø 5.5
cm) without a cover;
·
Jan Szwykowski's red wax seal (oval, 1.3 x 1.5 cm) in a box of
turned wood (Ø 5 cm) without a cover.

Wladislaw Vasa (Vladislaus), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, confirms a foundation established by the elder of Upytė Eustachius
Kurcz (Evstachivs Kvrcz) by which the latter presents the Franciscans of Grodno
(Grodna) with
Panemunė (Poniemonie) estate and a brick house in Grodno along with a
plot of land across the Nemunas (Niemen) for a church to be built
on.
