Sigismundus tertius, Dei gra(tia) rex Poloniæ, magnus dux Lithuaniæ...
Sigismund Vasa (Sigismundus), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, transumes and confirms the privilege of Sigismund Augustus (Sigismundus Augustus) of January 16, 1566, which confirms the Magdeburg rights granted to Vilnius city (Vilna).

The greater red wax attached seal of the GDL (Ø 8.5 cm) in a metal box (Ø 10 cm) is affixed to the document with a string of rosy and yellowish thread (parchment fold-up is 7.5 cm, three slits for the string are spaced 9 cm apart horizontally, 7 and 6.5 cm diagonally).

ZYGMVNT. TRZECI Z BOZEY LASKI KROL…
Sigismund Vasa (Zygmvnt. trzeci, Sigismundus Rex), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, gives permission to the magistrate of Vilnius for the increase of its incomes by entitling it to impose extra fees on merchants and other persons (a gateway fee, fees for the use of the pavement, bridges and the Vilija River).

IA CHRZYSZTOPH RADZIWIL Xiązę…
Krzysztof Radziwiłł (Chrzysztoph Radziwił, Krzÿsztoff Radziwił), field hetman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and his wife Anna Kiszczanka Krzysztofowa Radziwiłłowa (Anna Kiszczanka Chrzysztophowa Radziwiłowa) found the following items for the Evangelical Reformist community: a stone church, a brick house and some plots of land in Kėdainiai (Kiejdany), a stone church, a hospital and an orphanage in Jonušava (Januszowo), a wooden church in Beržai (Berze) and another one in Beinoravas (Bojnarowo). The document also certifies the donation of 25,000 Polish zlots and specifies regulations for the management of the foundation.

· Anna Kiszczanka Krzysztofowa Radziwiłłowa's seal (oval, 2.4 x 2.9 cm) in a box of turned wood (Ø 6.8 cm) with a cover;
3 red wax casts for seals (Ø 3.0 cm) in boxes of turned wood (Ø 5.0–5.0–5.4 cm) with covers.

The King of Poland and the Grand Duke of Lithuania Wladislaw Vasa (Vladislaus) establishes the moulders' guild of the Vilnius City (Vilna) and confirms its statute.

Wladislaw Vasa (Vladislaus), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, transumes, confirms and supplements the privilege of Sigismund Vasa (Zÿgmunt III, Zygmunt III, Sigismvndvs Rex), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, of April 15, 1596, in which the statute of Vilnius butchers' guild is certified.
