Sigismund Vasa (Sigismundus), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania,
allocates plots of land near the bridge over the Jūra (Iura) river and
in Bikavėnai (Bykouianij) village, sets the amount of duties and taxes
for peasants of the parish in order to revive the neglected church of Žvingiai
(Zwingi) at the request of Hieronymus Wołowycz (Hieronymus Wołowycz), Pajūris steward.

document issued on August 17, 1629, in which Marusza Michajłowna Radzymińska Adamowa Talwoszowa

Adamowå Tallwoszowa), wife of the Žemaitian
castellan, founds the
following items for the Šilėnai Evangelical Reformist Church in Trakai
district established by herself and her deceased husband Adam Talwosz (Adam Tallwosz):
Šilėnai estate together with Šilėnai (Szylany), Buckūnai (Buckuny)
and Petrašėnai (Piotroszany) villages, Papalčiai (Popolcie)-Daumantiškės
(Dowmonciszki) farmland, silverware and her husband's library. Ditva
estate in Lyda district, 53,000 Polish zlots from Šilėnai, Daumantiškės
demesnes and Plembarkas (Plembork) estate in the Žemaitian Duchy are
left for the son-in-law Jan Alfons Lacki and the daughter Joanna
Adamowna Talwoszowna Lacka in exchange for Šilėnai estate and 40,000
Polish zlots. Also regulations for the management of the foundation are
stipulated.
