been acquired in exchange for Varijskij estate (äâîðåöÚ
7åãî âàðèñêè9), and
plots of land in Salkininkai (ñîëêèíèêàõÚ),
Trakai district. The document also transumes the charter of Jan Jeronimovich Chodkevicha (ßíÚ
7Åðîíèìîâè÷Ú õîäêåâè÷à),
Žemaitian
elder, which certifies the barter and sets the boundaries of
the land.

transumes and confirms the charter of Alexander (Alexander), King of Poland and
Grand
Duke of Lithuania, of June 24, 1502, which transumed and
confirmed in its own order the privilege of
Vytautas (Witoldus), Grand Duke of Lithuania, of January 26, 1380, which established the foundation of a
monastery of the Augustinians in Brest (Brzesth) and founded plots of land in
Brest and Kostomoloty village (Koszthomlothi) near the Bug river
(Bugk).

transumes and confirms the last will and testament of Dorothea
Barthlomieiowna (Dorothea Barthlomieiowna), certified on February 13, 1566 by
Valerianus Protasewicz (Valerianus), Bishop of Vilnius, in which all her property is
bequeathed to her husband Stephan Hrehorowicz (Stephanus Hrehorowicz).

King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, ruling in the case between the Holy Trinity Monastery
in Brest against a landowner of Brest district Olechna Fedorovich Kostomolockij (wëåõíî
ô6åäîðîâè÷Ú êîñÙîìîëîöêè9) about a
part of Kostomolocki estate (6èìNå6ß
êîñÙîìîëHîêîãî). The ruling, issued to the prior
of the aforementioned monastery Reverend Stanislav Jendrovskij (ÑÙàíèñëàâà
åíÚäðîâÚñêîãî), guarantees the monastery the
right of ownership to the part of Kostomolocki estate.
