Ian Trzeci z Bozey łaski Krol Polski Wielki…
John Sobieski (Ian Trzeci), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, confirms the privilege of  Wladislaw Vasa (Władysław IV, Władysław Czwarty), King of Poland and Grand Duke of Lithuania, of July 20, 1633 approved by the decision of the public diet of the Polish Kingdom and GDL, which sat in Warsaw, May 26, 1640. The privilege grants the right to non-Catholic denominations (the Evangelical Reformists?) of the Vilnius city to practise their religion, assemble and pray in their church opposite the Trakai Gates in Vilnius.

The greater red wax seal of GDL (Ø 9.5 cm) in a metal box (Ø 10.6 cm) with an ornamented cover; it is attached to the document with an azure silk ribbon (3 slits for the ribbon are spaced out by 6.2 cm horizontally, 4.2 and 3.9 cm diagonally; parchment fold-up is 5 cm).

The lesser red wax attached seal of the GDL (Ø 7 cm) in a metal box (Ø 10.2 cm) is affixed to the document with a ribbon of yellow silk (parchment fold-up is 8 cm; 2 slits for the robbon are spaced 9 cm apart).

The initial "A", decorated with the dynasty emblem of the King of Poland and the Grand Duke of Lithuania Augustus II, forms a single composition with the initial "S", decorated with floral ornamentation and images of cupids (the dimensions of the composition are 10 x 14 cm). The margins of the parchment, except the bottom one, are ornated with a frame composed of vignettes and images of angels (the side margins are 7 cm each, the top margin – 7.5 cm).

The greater red wax attached seal of the GDL (Ø 10 cm) in a metal box (Ø 11 cm) affixed to the document with a twist of red thread (parchment fold-up is 6.5 cm; 3 slits for the twist are spaced 7 cm apart horizontally, 5.5 and 5 cm apart diagonally).
