Alexander Sperellus, Apostolic Nuncio in the Kingdom of Naples and the chief tax collector, appoints Marco Antonio Oliva as assistant of tax collector in the areas of Alfano, Casali Geca, Magliano Cannito, Sora, Castellanie di Villa Becca, Pisciotta, Cornuti, Ceraso, Montano, Catona e Campora, Magliano Vetere, Stia, Castellucio massa, S.Biagio, Bellosguardo, Eremitab and other parts of the diocese of Caputaqua.

The charter of the field marshal of His Majesty King
Ferdinand IV, His Majesty's Secretary of the State Giovanni Assenzio de Goyzueta appoints Filippo Quattromani as administrator general of Dogane di Bari, district in the county of  Soma d'Oglio, taking over Baron Giacomo Guzzardi.

The top of the leaf features a coloured image (10.7 x 8.3 cm) of the coat-of-arms against the background of the ermine and the crown of the duke. The letter "F" of the word in the incipit "FERDINANDO IV" is decorated with floral pattern. The first four lines are written in golden ink. The framed initial "C" (golden ink) is decorated with a miniature (5.2 x 5.4 cm), featuring the port of Naples and the volcano of Vesuvius. The text is framed in a double line of black Indian ink.

D. Girolamo Baron De Palumbo…
The charter of Pope's general consul in the Kingdom and town of Naples Girolamo, Baron De Palumbo, appoints Michele Terlizzi as vice-consul of Naples and commissions him to take care of  owners, sailors and passengers on the ships under the Pope's flag.
