The privilege of King Ferdinand (Ferdinandus Rex), King of Sicily, Naples, etc. grants Franciscus Spinellus, the ex-consul of Naples, the attire attendant of Queen, permission to draw water from King’s well near Formello in Naples as well as introduce a water-supply system in his garden.
