A fragment (2.1 x 2.5 cm) of an attached seal of the Collegium of Sorbonne(?)  (oval, 2.1 x 3 cm) with a fragment of paper cover (4.4 x 3 cm) is affixed to the document by a parchment band (1 slit for the band is 1.5 cm, parchment fold-up is 1 cm).
